This website (www.ezviz.com) including its sub-site (collectively the “Site”) is administered by EZVIZ Inc. and its affiliate (collectively “EZVIZ”). These Terms are applicable to the Site and other websites that link to it.
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. In case you do not understand or agree to any of these Terms, you should immediately exit the Site. EZVIZ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notifying you.

• use the Software for any service bureau, time-sharing, resale, or similar purposes.

You shall not use the Site and/or the Site Content for any purpose that is illegal or forbidden by these Terms, in connection with any illegal purposes, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or activities that infringe on the rights of EZVIZ or any third party.

You shall not take any action that will place an excessive load on the Site, including but not limited to its infrastructure, systems, and networks.

In order to access the Site or obtain certain functions or services of our Site, you may be required to download EZVIZ apps or software and/or create EZVIZ Account. Additional EZVIZ terms or requirements for the certain functions or services may apply. In case of any conflict between such additional terms and these Terms, the additional terms shall prevail for the aforementioned certain functions or services.

The availability of the products and services described on the Site, and the descriptions of such products and services, may vary in your country or region and include products and services not launched in your country or region. EZVIZ HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR REPRESENTATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
Neither EZVIZ nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents, employees or other representatives shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, and/or exemplary damages including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, and/or loss of business, in connection with the Site or the use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on the contents contained herein, even if EZVIZ is advised of the possibility of such damages. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by EZVIZ in any other agreement, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, EZVIZ shall not be liable for the materials of the Site, regardless of the reason of the liability or the tort theory it based on.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
You agree that your access and all related activities on or through the Site shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. You agree that any dispute between the parties arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your access and all related activities on or through the Site shall be resolved by means of arbitration and shall be submitted exclusively to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) in Beijing in accordance with CIETAC rules. The preceding provision regarding dispute resolution does not apply in some jurisdiction where such dispute resolution may be prohibited. For example, if you are a user based in the European Union, you may make a claim in the courts of the country where you reside.
