What delivery options do you have and how long do they take? How much are they charged?
We use DPD to deliver your order, which normally takes 2-3 days to reach you. For all orders £50 and over, UK Mainland delivery is free of charge. For any orders under £50 a UK Mainland delivery charge of £6.5 is applied at checkout.

How to track a delivery?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS, this confirmation will contain your tracking number so you can track where your order is and what the estimated delivery date is. Don’t forget you may login at any time and review your order status on the My-Account page.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since
different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment
notification email.

All orders purchased on Ezviz.com/uk within 30 days and delivered within the UK can be returned regardless of reason. We provide a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. Who pays for the shipping cost?
For faulty products purchased on Ezviz.com/uk and delivered within the mainland UK, we offer a free pre-paid return service. For
non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
How to return/exchange?
Ezviz.com/uk offers a return service on all orders purchased on Ezviz.com/uk within 30 days and delivered within the UK regardless of reason. Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase.

For faulty products purchased on Ezviz.com/uk and delivered within the mainland UK, we offer a free pre-paid return service. Once your return request has been received, a slot for collect and pick-up will be emailed to you. We’ll collect the product at the address you provide. You can request any change by e-mailing support.uk@ezviz.com. Once the faulty product is received, we will email you to confirm once your returned product(s) have been received and refund has been processed.
For products purchased on Ezviz.com/uk and delivered within the mainland UK, yet returned for non-quality reasons, an e-mail
contains the return address and instructions will be sent to you once your return request has been received. You must send the
product to the appointed address at its own expense and inform us by replying to the e-mail we sent. Once the product is received, we will email you to confirm once your returned product(s) have been received and refund has been processed.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your product(s) for a refund.
The returned product(s) must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
Once received, it can take up to 5 working days for your order to be processed by the warehouse.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account.
In order to process your return, you must be located in the mainland UK.
